What is Child Development Resources (CDR)?

Established in 1965, CDR provides early intervention services for babies, young children and their families. Whether a child is facing developmental delays, a lack of resources, or other special needs, CDR is there to provide the support necessary for that child and family to succeed. Services are also provided to expectant moms, fathers, childcare providers, and training for early childhood professionals.

Building Stronger Futures Together

CDR’s Capital Campaign

Nearly 60 years ago, CDR was founded by a group of volunteers who realized young children with special needs had no early childhood program to serve them. CDR has grown by leaps and bounds over the years, now serving thousands of children in our community and across the state.

The purpose of the Capital Campaign is to consolidate our five locations in a new home, enabling us to serve even more children and families, expand our programs and services, and create a Family Resource Center that will improve the lives of children for decades to come.
